Please Ask Your Member of Congress to Oppose Any and All Health Care
Legislation That Does Not Specifically Exclude Abortion Coverage.
CAPITOL SWITCHBOARD
202/224-3121
Today, Congressman Chirs Smith (R-NJ) sent the attached Dear Colleague dated July 9, 2009 to show Members of Congress what abortion supporters are saying about heath care reform. If enacted in the current form, the proposed legislation in the House and Senate will mandate that virtually every single American will eventually have health insurance that includes abortion coverage. These sweeping mandates will be imposed by the unelected bureaucrats who define the services required for acceptable insurance coverage. The Dear Colleague shows that if anyone doubted that this would be the case, abortion advocates from President Obama to Planned Parenthood to the National Abortion Federation have made claims that reinforce that the proposed health care bills will result in broad abortion mandates.
Never forget that YOU were once an embryo.
