GOP Sen. Graham: Kagan Will Serve Nation Honorably
His Vote Will Shut Down a Republican Filibuster

By a vote of 13-6, which was predominantly along party lines, the Senate Judiciary Committee approved Elena Kagan to be the fourth female justice on Tuesday. Only Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), who claims to be pro-life, broke ranks with the GOP senators to vote in favor of the radical, leftist nominee Elena Kagan.

"What's in Elena Kagan's heart is that of a good person who adopts a philosophy I disagree with," Graham said. "She will serve this nation honorably, and it would not have been someone I would have chosen, but the person who did choose, President Obama, I think chose wisely."

Graham undoubtedly will support Kagan on the floor of the Senate and his turncoat vote, coupled with the newly-appointed Democrat Senator from West Virginia, is enough to insure that the Republican senators cannot sustain a filibuster to delay or impede this nomination.

Kagan, this "good person," tried to manipulate a medical public statement by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, whose doctors had agreed with former Surgeon General C. Everett Koop's belief that, "In my many decades of service as a medical doctor, I have never known of a case where partial-birth abortion was necessary." But after Kagan represented the Clinton Administration by writing a note that said their planned statement against infanticide "of course, would be a disaster," the ACOG changed its public statement to support infanticide and killing of partially-born children.

"Elena Kagan will be confirmed," predicted Sen. Patrick Leahy, (D-VT), the Judiciary chairman. And if so, she will undoubtedly sit on the highest court in the land for perhaps four decades, influencing the very fabric of American law and ripping up our Constitution with her leftist leanings. Thanks for nothing, Sen. Graham.

Yellow Pages Pro-Aborts Want to Censor Internet Directories

Most of us take for granted that we can "let our fingers do the walking" by using directories, and nowadays, internet directories, to locate products and services that we want or need.

But if the pro-abortion activist group NARAL Pro-Choice America has its way, women with unplanned pregnancies will lose a valuable tool for accessing and assessing their options: internet directories.

NARAL president Nancy Keenan announced she has gathered more than 59,000 signatures asking two Internet directories (yellowpages.com and superpages.com) to remove pregnancy center listings. If this censorship move by NARAL succeeds, millions of people who go to the top two internet directories each year will not find listings for pregnancy centers which offer alternatives to abortion.

Please contact the directors at http://www.yellowpages.com/about/contact-us and http://www.superpages.com/about/feedback.html and tell them to ignore NARAL's request to remove pregnancy center ads.
