To Majority Leader Harry Reid: We, the undersigned, are appalled at the new ObamaCare Rule requiring abortion insurance coverage funded by a universal surcharge, just as was warned by the pro-lifers in Congress. This Rule forbids mentioning the abortion surcharge in marketing materials. In October, the House passed legislation which would prohibit this outrage but you refuse to let the Senate consider the bill. Senator Reid, our Senators should have the chance to vote on H.R. 358, the "Protect Life Act."
